In the quiet part of Sveti Vid, there is a private semi-detached house with functionally equipped apartments for 2-6 people. All apartments have their own terraces, which provide access to the unit. The owners live on the ground floor of the house. In the courtyard, there is a large table with benches and a barbecue. Parking is available in the courtyard. The center of Malinska is 15 minutes away, and the beach is a 20-minute walk away. The surrounding area has many beautiful beaches, seaside promenades, and cycling paths. For those seeking good entertainment, the Diamant nightclub is nearby (approx. 2 km). Air conditioning, tourist tax, check-in, final cleaning, satellite TV, bed linen, towels, kitchen cloths, detergents, sponges, toilet paper, and soap are included in the price, while parking and Wi-Fi are free. Payment and notes
Check-in: from 15 - 21 hours, Check-out: until 10 hours. Children up to 2 years of age who sleep in a bed with their parents stay free of charge. The reservation is confirmed upon payment of 1/3 of the total amount to our bank account, with the remaining balance payable in cash or to the bank account upon entering the apartment. Upon entering the apartment, a deposit of 100 € is also required, which will be fully refunded to you upon departure after an inspection of the apartment, provided there is no damage.
