About this stay
Newly built apartments in a peaceful place near the city bustle (3km Fažana, 10km Pula, 25km Rovinj). We are ideal for larger groups, as the property also features a covered veranda with a stone grill, where you can enjoy the sea breeze and grilled delicacies with your company. Upon request, we can also organize some of our region's characteristic dishes for you - suckling pig or lamb on a spit. The apartments are modernly equipped and the nearest beach is 800m away (rocky). Beautiful beaches in pine forests are located at a distance of 1200 and 1700 meters from the property. Free parking is available directly next to the beach.

Payment and notes
If you decide to reserve a date in our property, we require a deposit of 10-20% of the total price of your stay. We expect our guests to depart in the morning hours so that we have time to prepare the apartments for the next guests (ideal arrival at 14:00 and departure at 10:00), but we are always ready to be flexible if possible.
