Dear guests, our apartments are located in the small town of Nemira, 3 km away from the center of Omiš. We have 2 fully and modernly equipped apartments available: apartment 4 +2 and apartment 6+ 2. Both apartments feature a terrace with an open view of the sea. The house is located 80 meters from a pebble beach. Parking is available right in front of the house. A barbecue is available in the garden. The house is situated below the road in a quiet environment, ideal for family holidays and those seeking peace away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Nearby you will find 3 restaurants, a market, and a children's playground. We are always available to assist our guests. Welcome!

Payment and notes
To confirm your reservation, you need to pay a deposit of 30% of the total price, with the remaining balance due upon arrival at the apartment. The tourist tax is included in the price. Check-in time: 14:00 pm. Check-out time: 10:00 am.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of the reservation with a refund of the deposit using 100% is possible within 30 days from the planned arrival date.
