Payment and notes
You can make a reservation by phone or email. To confirm the reservation, you need to pay 20% of the total price as a guarantee of your arrival, to the bank account for your and our security, within two days of your inquiry, while the remaining amount is paid on the first day of arrival. Your stay in the apartment begins at 14 hours on the first day of your stay and ends by 10 hours on the last day. The last day, i.e., the day of leaving the apartment, is not counted towards the total number of days of your stay. Bed linen is changed during check-out, and guests staying for 14 or more days are provided with bed linen on 7 day so they can change it themselves. Towels are changed every 3 days. Thorough cleaning and tidying of the apartment is carried out by the host at each guest changeover. Bed linen, towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, and dishwasher tablets are provided to guests upon arrival, while guests must provide any additional quantities themselves.
