The house is 40 m from the coast and the beach. APA1 - the apartment contains two separate bedrooms, a kitchen with a living room, a bathroom with a toilet and washing machine, and a terrace of 22 m2. One bedroom has a double bed, and the second has two separate beds. The living room includes a sofa, a chest of drawers, and a TV. All rooms in the apartment offer a sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking: utensils, 4x induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, water heater, fridge with freezer. APA2 - the apartment contains one bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with a living room, a bathroom with a toilet and washing machine, and a balcony with a sea view. The living room includes a sofa and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking: utensils, 2x induction hob, microwave, water heater, fridge with freezer. We do not accept pets. Each apartment includes one parking space.

Payment and notes
I look forward to meeting you and wish to offer you a comfortable home. I expect your arrival after 14 hours on the agreed date, and departure (unfortunately) by 10 hours. Confirm your reservation by paying a 30% deposit into the account, with the remainder due upon check-in. The apartment is rented during the season (July, August), usually from Saturday to Saturday or by arrangement.
