About this stay
We are located in a beautiful and newly built house, surrounded by greenery in a quiet part of the town of Baška on the island of Krk, 250 meters from the sea and approximately 300 meters from the stunning and unique pebble beach. We are about 1000 meters from the town center, where you will find the post office, bank, currency exchange, clinic, and restaurants. The nearest shops, restaurants, etc., are also located approximately 200 meters away. We offer 3 apartments for 4 -5 people and 3 studio apartments for 2-3 people. Each of the large apartments has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and terraces. Each apartment has a separate entrance and exit to the courtyard and parking lot. All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, wireless internet (WI-FI), a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, etc. In addition to the owner, a housekeeper also takes care of the guests and apartments during the season and is available throughout the day. Bed linen and towels are changed once a week.

Payment and notes
The ecological tax is 0, 30€ / person / day. Guest check-in is 2, 50€ per person / one-time fee. Stays of up to 3 nights are charged 30% more. Guest check-in is from 14 hours, and check-out is until 10 hours. To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total price must be paid, with the remaining amount due upon arrival. An extra bed is charged for 1 nights, from 10 euros in the off-season and shoulder season to 12 euros during the peak season. An auxiliary bed (sofa) is charged from 6 euros for 1 nights in the off-season and shoulder season, up to 8 euros during the peak season. Accommodating a pet is charged from 4 to 8 euros, depending on its size. The owner agrees on all details with each guest and always strives to ensure their satisfaction.
