About this stay
The apartments are in the first row to the sea. They are located in the center of Posedar with a view of the harbor and the local waterfront by the beach. The distance to the first small beach for swimming is 50m. A large local beach is 150m away. The apartments are located in a family house with a separate entrance for the apartments. All apartments have a balcony or terrace, and are equipped with dishes, bedding, and towels. They feature Air Conditioning and a smart LCD TV. The apartments are only for 2 adults. The offer includes 1 standard furnished apartment and 1 deluxe apartment with a 50 m2 terrace featuring a private jacuzzi on the top of the house exclusively for that apartment, sun loungers, towels, and motorized awnings for shade. One part of the terrace is covered with panels due to rain and intense sun so that the terrace can be used at any time of day. Note: apartments are only for 2 adults without the possibility of hosting more people. We do not accept children under 8 years old. We accept only one small, non-aggressive dog up to 3 kg, with the requirement that the dog sleeps on the floor.
