About this stay
The family house is located in a quiet part of Nin, on the way to Queen's Beach - Nin Sand (Ninsko Blato), which is only 5 minutes walking distance away. Our one-bedroom apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, and a balcony or terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and beach. The island (center) can be reached on foot by walking along the seaside, and all other amenities are nearby (restaurants, shops, post office, bank...).

Payment and notes
The accommodation price refers to two adults. Pets are allowed and are subject to an additional charge. The fee for bed linen and apartment cleaning is 60,00€ one time. Price adjustments for stays are possible during the pre-season and post-season.
Cancellation policy
A deposit in the amount of 200,00 € is required to confirm the reservation. Check in is from 15 h on the day of arrival, and Check out is until 10 h on the day of departure.
