Payment and notes
Apartment reservations are made by paying an advance of 30% of the total agreed price to the property owner's bank account. The remaining agreed part of 70% is paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment. For shorter stays of three days, the price increases by 30%. Upon arrival, the guest is obliged to present personal documents (i.e., ID card/passport) for inspection and for registration with the tourist board and police. Arrival time at the apartments is after 15:00 hours. Departure time from the apartments is until 10:00 hours. Pets are welcome because we are also owners of a dog, a German Shepherd named Rex.
