About this stay
The apartments are in a private house, in a quiet area of Mandraca, second row from the sea. The accommodation price includes use of beach umbrellas, use of an outdoor grill, and one parking space in front of the house. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, but you can enjoy this small "vice" on the terrace. There are 4 apartments for rent in the house and one for the owners, who stay there full time. All terraces have a partial sea view. The property is a 5 minute walk to the market, and a 7-10 minute walk to the pharmacy. Restaurants and cafes are nearby. The beach is approximately 20 m away, mostly stone and/or fine pebbles. Sandy beaches (fine sand) are available but require a car drive. The sea in Mandraca is exceptionally clean and clear, pleasantly refreshing, and the beaches offer views of the islands and the open sea. The nearest larger centers are Novalja (approx. 15 km), Pag (approx. 20 km), Zadar (approx. 70 km). The nearest airport is in Zadar. The nearest national parks are Paklenica (approx. 50 km), Krka (approx. 100 km), Plitvice (approx. 150 km).

Payment and notes
Payment is possible in cash or by bank transfer. For the reservation to be confirmed, a deposit (bank transfer) of 300 eur is required; the remainder is paid on the day of arrival (by bank transfer) or in cash, immediately upon arrival. The tourist tax is included in the rental price. Check in is from 14 hours. Check out is 8-10 hours.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation less than 60 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
