About this stay
The apartments are located in the very center of Biograd, 10 minutes' walk from the beach. All apartments are air-conditioned. The bus station is 100m from the apartments, so travelers can have everything nearby. They can also leave their belongings with us until the bus arrives; the same applies to guests arriving by plane. We offer transportation from and to Zemunik Airport for an additional fee. All apartments and studios have a balcony or terrace with chairs and a canopy. The house has three sections and is accessed through a single entrance with a shared courtyard.

Payment and notes
When making a reservation, the guest must send 30% to the account or a money order to confirm the reservation. Departure must be by 9, and arrival after 12 hours. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your belongings in our storage room and go for a walk or to the beach while the apartment is being prepared. All apartments and studios have air conditioning, as well as a kettle, a microwave oven, and cooking utensils. Bed linen is provided by us, but you need to bring your own towels. The tourist tax is included in the price, and in the studio, an extra bed costs 5€ if used. The pet fee is 10€ per day. We have private parking, which is free. Welcome to our apartments.
Cancellation policy
The deposit guarantees that the APP is reserved. It is paid into our IBAN account. We will refund it in case of death, or we will reserve it for another date or another year as agreed. The stay for 1 or 2 nights is increased by 40 percent.
