The apartment house is situated in a quiet part of Maslinica, free from the noise and commotion of clubs and restaurants, as well as traffic noise. The beach and town center are approximately 5-10 minutes away on foot. The larger apartment is located on the upper floor, east-west oriented, featuring a 2 balcony and a stunning view of the sea and the islands surrounding Maslinica. The smaller apartment is on the ground floor—east side—with a large courtyard reserved exclusively for apartment guests. Part of the courtyard offers a sea view. Guests have access to a shared wood and charcoal barbecue. In Maslinica itself, guests can enjoy services at several restaurants and cafes, and all shopping needs can be met at the store in the center of Maslinica.

A reservation with a deposit of 30% of the total amount is mandatory. The remaining balance is paid by the guest upon arrival at the apartment. Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards. The guest must check out by 10:00 AM.
