The house is located on the first line to the sea, which is why the apartment terraces offer a beautiful view of the bay itself and the islands of Čiovo, Veliki and Mali Drvenik, as well as Split. If you want to spend your annual holiday far from the city crowds and noise, in an oasis of peace and quiet surrounded by century-old untouched natural beauty, you have chosen the right place!! The bay is suitable for holidays with children. Within the bay itself, there are two pebble beaches, and after just 5 minutes of walking from the apartments, you can enjoy a large pebble beach in a quiet bay with countless small beaches for nudists. Each apartment has its own entrance and a guaranteed parking space. The house is secluded, surrounded by terraced construction and gardens planted with Mediterranean herbs and fruit trees, ensuring that each apartment has its own privacy. You can reach us by ferry from Split (45 minutes drive) to the port of Rogač and then drive another 4 km.

Payment and notes
The reservation is paid in the amount of 20% of the total rental price, to the owner's bank account. The remainder is paid upon arrival, to the owner's bank account. The surcharge for pets is 20 EUR / 7 days (if permitted in an individual apartment). Arrival time is 13. 00 to 14. 00 hours. Departure time is by 10. 00 hours.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation by the guest, we do not issue a refund of the deposit
