The property is 10 m from the center and 10 m from the beach and sea. Northwest of the city of Zadar, 6 km from the old town core and right next to the Puntamika tourist area, lies the tourist settlement of Diklo. This elite resort, near the 3000-year-old Zadar, is known for its villas and private houses, with all the necessary infrastructure for a pleasant vacation. In Diklo, you will find beautiful and easily accessible beaches, which we recommend for families with children. The pebble beaches are well-equipped with additional facilities for fun and recreation; within the town itself, there are sports fields where you can choose between land and water sports (tennis, basketball, football, sailing, fitness center, etc.). If you're looking for entertainment, there are many cafes and restaurants. Diklo is a settlement located in the heart of Dalmatia, near the city of Zadar. It is an ideal place for a peaceful vacation without the summer crowds, especially for families with young children.

Payment and notes
The tourist tax is included in the price. Payment is due on the day of arrival, or as agreed. You can make reservations and inquiries directly from 0 to 24 hours via my phone - mobile, email, or through my Facebook profile. Check-in and check-out times are flexible, i.e., subject to agreement. To confirm the reservation and book the accommodation, you must first pay a deposit to my account, i.e., a down payment of 30% of the total reservation amount. Once the payment is received, I, as the landlord, will send you an email confirmation that the reservation has been confirmed and that you have booked your accommodation. The remaining amount is paid upon your arrival at the apartment.
Cancellation policy
If cancellation is made more than 60 days before your arrival, the paid deposit will be refunded. If cancellation is made less than 60 days before your arrival, the paid deposit will not be refunded. Thank you.
