About this stay
Our apartments have been completely renovated in an old stone house in a Mediterranean-Dalmatian style, featuring many small, narrow streets, traditionally green windows with plenty of greenery and flowers. We are approximately 150-200 m from the sea, 50 m m to shops and restaurants, 50 m m to ATMs, 200 m m to the market, 200 m m to the post office, 3000 m m to the pharmacy in Baška Voda, 5000 m m to the doctor and health center in Makarska, and 60 km m to Split Airport (we organize transportation for our guests from/to Split Airport for a minimal fee). The beach in Promajna is sandy and stretches all the way to Baška Voda (approximately 4000 m), with plenty of pine shade and exotic coves. The apartments include a large terrace (20m2). The published prices are valid for the specified minimum number of nights. If this condition is not met, the price will increase up to 30%.

Payment and notes
Payment of a deposit equal to one night's stay is mandatory upon booking the apartment; in the event of cancellation, the deposit will be retained as a penalty and will not be refunded.
Cancellation policy
For cancellation of a reservation after payment of the deposit, the down payment is non-refundable. The reservation can be canceled upon request within 2 days.
