About this stay
Apartmani Meri is located in a family house situated in the center of Njivice. The location of the house is extraordinary, on the first line to the sea, on the promenade, 100m from the beach and in close proximity to all necessary amenities (shops, restaurants, pharmacy, doctor, etc.). An advantage of the house's position is that it is 60m away from the promenade - this is the length of the private path so that noise from the promenade and restaurants does not reach the house. There are 5 apartments in the house. On the ground floor, there are two apartments, both having their own spacious terrace connected to the garden. Parking is located next to the apartments. In 2019, an additional floor was added to the house, which contains two new apartments with terraces that have a beautiful sea view, as well as a studio apartment with a gallery. The studio has two French balconies (both 1, 70m wide) - one balcony overlooks the garden, and the other overlooks the sea. The newly built floor is accessed from the rear of the house, via 15 steps leading to the floor. Parking for the new apartments is located at the rear of the house, in the immediate vicinity of the entrance to the apartments.

Payment and notes
It is possible to book the accommodation via email and telephone. To confirm the reservation, a deposit of up to 50% of the total stay amount must be paid. Arrival after 14 hours, departure by 10 hours.
Cancellation policy
A full refund of the deposit is provided if the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days before the arrival date; if the reservation is cancelled after that period, we retain the deposit.
