The house is located in a quiet area, first row to the sea, less than a minute's walk from the beach, fast-food restaurants, and other amenities available at the beach. The house has three apartments: apartments M1 and M2 are on the first floor, while apartment M3 is on the ground floor. All apartments are fully and modernly equipped.

Payment and notes
Check-ins to the apartments are possible exclusively on Fridays for m1, Saturdays for m2, or Sundays for m3 after 14 hours. Check-outs are also possible exclusively on Fridays for m1, Saturdays for m2, or Sundays for m3 no later than 10 hours. A stay longer than 14 days reduces the price by 5 % Tourist tax: Included in the price. The deposit amounts to 50% of the total accommodation price and must be paid upon confirmation of the reservation by transferring funds to the account. The remaining amount must be paid by the guest within 24 hours of arriving at the apartment.
Cancellation policy
A deposit refund is possible if the reservation is canceled no later than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date.
