Payment and notes
Check in to the apartment is from 12. 00 hours on the day of arrival, and check out is by 10. 00 hours on the day of departure. A deposit of 30 % of the total amount is paid to the bank account, and the remainder in cash upon arrival. The minimum number of nights is 5 nights. In case of a shorter stay, the price is 30% higher than stated. Use of air conditioning is charged an additional 5€ per day. Tourist tax and registration are included in the price.
