A double-family house in the peaceful bay of Čaklje, belonging to the municipality of Podgora, yet secluded and far from the summer crowds and hustle! The house is fully equipped with everything you need to make your annual vacation feel like a home away from home! We have been involved in tourism and rentals since 2009.year, and we have gradually and with great love arranged every corner of our house! The large apartment (Yellow Green) has everything necessary for daily life. A spacious terrace where you can welcome the day or enjoy the evening… The Yellow Green apartment is 60 steps from the sea. The small apartments on the 2nd floor of the house are ideal for couples or families with young children. They are only 80 steps from the sea. The Pink Green and Red Black apartments have access to a washing machine. Guests return to us year after year, enjoying the beauties of Čaklje together with us! Payment and notes
Reservations have been open from the very beginning, 2009.year, when we started offering rentals. Reservations are confirmed after payment of a deposit equal to the price of one night, with the remaining balance due upon arrival! Check-out time is by 10:00 AM, while check-in to the apartments is from 3:00 PM; if the apartment is ready earlier, we will inform guests in advance so they can plan their arrival accordingly. The large Yellow Green apartment can accommodate an additional 2 people (4+2), and extra guests are charged 20e/person/day. In the small Pink Green (2+2) and Red Black (2+2) apartments, we can accommodate up to 2 extra guests, with the same surcharge as in the large apartment: 20e/person/day, regardless of the time of year. Pets are welcome and are charged 10e/day, regardless of type or size.
Cancellation policy
The deposit will be refunded if you cancel your stay one month prior to the reservation… As we have the same guests year after year, unexpected issues or obligations rarely arise; however, in consultation with our guests, we can adjust the reservation date within the same season or the following one. In such cases, the deposit will not be refunded but will be applied to the invoice for the revised date.
