3 completely newly built and modern apartments are located in the first row by the sea, situated in a quiet area of Fažana, surrounded by greenery, with an idyllic view of the sea and the Brijuni islands. They are only 50 m from the beach. In front of the apartments is a promenade, then a meadow and then the beach. A parking lot is located in front of the house. The car is used only for excursions, since everything is in the immediate vicinity. The apartments are particularly suitable for families with children, as there is a children's playground nearby (60m) and due to the distance from main roads. In the immediate vicinity, there are also sports facilities; beach volleyball, sailboat rental, windsurfing, bicycle paths... All 3 apartments have large terraces (20 m2) with a sea view.
