The apartment house is located in the beautiful town of Pirovac, only about 280 meters (3 minutes) from the main pebble beach Lolić, which is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Northern Dalmatia. It offers accommodation in two modernly decorated apartments for two to four people. The smaller apartment is a comfortable studio apartment. The apartments are also equipped with mosquito nets, so your stay will be more pleasant. The apartments have a separate entrance from the host's entrance and each has its own balcony. Cleanliness of the apartments is very important to us. Each apartment has its own parking space. Every room in the apartments has air conditioning. The house is located in a quiet and peaceful street above the Lolić pebble beach and pine forest, making it an ideal place for a family holiday. Smoking and pets are prohibited in the facility.

Payment and notes
For stays of less than 5 nights, the price increases by 30%. The reservation is confirmed after payment of a 30% deposit to the owner's account. The remaining balance is paid in full on the guest's first day of arrival at the apartment to the owner's account. Smoking and pets are prohibited in the facility. Check-in to the apartments is after 14:00, and check-out is by 10:00.
