A family house with two apartments (one for 2 people and another for 6 people) located in a beautiful spot right by the sea, surrounded by its own pine forest that extends to the beach itself. The house is an oasis of peace and quiet, far from traffic noise and human clamor. The house is 30 m from the beach and 40 m from the sea. The only thing that disturbs the perfect peace is the chirping of birds and the sound of waves. The apartments are air-conditioned and fully equipped. In the courtyard in front of the house, a grill is available for guests, and parking next to the house is included in the apartment price. A shop is about 350 m from the house and a sports playground is 300 m away. The town center is about 3000 m away, where you can also find a pharmacy, gas station, and medical clinic. The bus station is about 600 m from the house. All other information is available upon request. Ap. 6 consists of 3 double rooms, a living room with a sofa, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and a large terrace of 60 m2 with a sea view. Ap. 2 has a separate double bedroom, a living room with a kitchen and sofa, a bathroom, and a terrace with a sea view.

Payment and notes
A deposit of 20% of the total price of your stay is to be paid to my bank account, and the remainder in person at the time of check-in. Arrival time is from 14:00 and departure time is until 10:00.
