Our property exudes a pleasant, homely atmosphere where guests can feel relaxed and truly welcome. It is located in an excellent spot, just 400 meters from the town center, with all necessary amenities within easy reach – the nearest store is only 30 meters away. The house consists of three accommodation units, each featuring its own balcony where you can enjoy morning coffee or leisurely evenings. The largest apartment also boasts three spacious terraces, offering even more space for outdoor stays and shared moments. Guests also have access to a communal outdoor area that includes a glass-covered pergola with a kitchen, an indoor fireplace, and a large table ideal for socializing and outdoor meals. This warm and cozy area is nestled amidst greenery, providing a peaceful ambiance for relaxation, conversation, and creating beautiful memories. The accommodation is suitable for various types of guests and is particularly welcoming for families with children, who can play carefree in a safe and spacious environment. Payment and notes
Payment Model and Booking Conditions To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50 % of the total stay price must be paid. The remaining amount is paid directly to the owner upon arrival, in cash or as previously agreed. The reservation is considered confirmed after the deposit has been visibly paid. Arrival and Departure Times Arrival (check-in): from 14:00 hours If the apartment is ready and cleaned earlier, we will gladly welcome guests before the scheduled arrival time. Departure (check-out): by 10:00 hours We kindly ask guests to respect the departure time so that we can prepare the apartment promptly for the next guests.
Cancellation policy
In case of reservation cancellation: For cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded. For cancellations made between 29 and 14 days before arrival, 50 % of the paid deposit will be retained. For cancellations made within 14 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded. In the event of a guest not showing up (no-show), the deposit will be retained in full. In exceptional circumstances (serious illness, extraordinary situations), it may be possible to arrange a change of dates, subject to accommodation availability.
