Modernly equipped Martin apartments are located on the first and second floors of a family house, situated in the most beautiful location in the town of Pakoštane, in the immediate vicinity of Janice beach. We are 50 m from the beach, and we have a direct and private path to the beach itself. We are 250 m from the town center. Dear guests, if you desire peace, hospitality, and privacy, you are welcome. With our apartments, parking is also provided. All additional information will be sent upon inquiry.

Payment and notes
You can book your accommodation via telephone or e-mail. To confirm the reservation, a 20% deposit is required; the remaining amount is paid upon arrival. You can send the money to a bank account. Your stay in our apartments begins at 14:00 on the first day of your stay and ends until 09:00 on the last day. The day of departure is not included in the total number of days of stay. The apartment hosts take care of thorough cleanliness and tidiness of the apartments. Clean bedding and towels are provided at every change of guests. Guests staying longer than 10 days are entitled to clean bedding upon agreement with the host. The tourist fee is not included in the price. Upon payment of the deposit, we will send you a written confirmation of your reservation (voucher).
Cancellation policy
We do not refund the deposit upon cancellation of a reservation. In agreement with guests, we try to arrange a new arrival date.
