All 4 apartments have access to the well-maintained private beach in front of the house, complete with sun loungers, a shower, and pine tree shade. 1. Apartment A4+2 is located on the ground floor of a romantic house, just one row from the sea (10 m). It features two bedrooms and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has access to its own large terrace with a stunning sea view. It is ideal for families with children as well as groups of up to 5 friends. It is also possible to rent Apartment A4+1 on the upper floor within the same house, allowing you to use the entire property. 2. Apartment A4+1 on the 1. floor has 2 bedrooms and an additional bed in the living room. It includes a balcony with a fairytale-like view and a private terrace of 20m2. 3. The studio apartment is located in another smaller house, within the grounds, behind the first house, 30 meters from the sea. 4. Apartment A2+2 is located in another smaller house, within the grounds, behind the first house, 30 meters from the sea. Peace and privacy, especially in June and September, are the advantages of these apartments, which many have described as paradise on earth. Pets are not allowed (small dogs up to 7kg available upon request).

Payment is made on the day of arrival at the apartment. The deposit is to be paid within 3 days of the date of reservation in the amount of 20% of the total price of the accommodation.
