Holiday home ( A3: 59998 ) - as part of the Marija apartments complex, there is a separate building with an enclosed courtyard. The house has a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, and a living room with a corner sofa that converts into a spacious bed. Next to the terrace, there is a heated pool and an outdoor jacuzzi, as well as sun loungers. The pool and jacuzzi can only be used by guests of the holiday home. Apartments A2+2 consist of an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bed for 2 people, and a balcony with a sea view. Apartments A3 consist of an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a balcony with a sea view. Apartment A5 consists of an equipped kitchen with a living room, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 3 single beds. The apartment features a spacious terrace of 20m2 with a direct view of the sea.

Payment and notes
To reserve an apartment, a deposit of 30% of the agreed accommodation price is required. Upon payment of the deposit, the accommodation price is reduced by the amount of the deposit. Ideal check-in time is from 14h, and check-out time is until 10h. The price of the stay includes use of air conditioning, tourist tax, and wireless internet. Parking space is free of charge. Pets on request. For stays shorter than 4 days, the accommodation price increases by 30%. The pool and jacuzzi can only be used by guests of the holiday home ( A3: 59998 ).
Cancellation policy
In case of reservation cancellation, there is no refund of the deposit, but another date can be chosen.
