Due to its convenient position, you will not need a car during your stay. This charming and modern apartment is located on the main beach in Makarska, only 40 meters away. The apartment is suitable for 4 people. It has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Included in the price of the apartment: private parking space (free parking space with a ramp in front of the building), unlimited internet, air conditioning, TV, towels, bed linen, kitchen with all necessary amenities... The apartment is located right on the beach, only stairs separate you from it. It has the most beautiful view of the sea and islands, as it is located on the top floor of the building. Also available in the same building is A2+2 Marija top floor sea view and a studio apartment (for the studio apartment, free parking is also provided - but at a distance of only 300 meters from the building on the beach).

Payment and notes

A deposit in the amount of 30% of the total price is made by payment to our bank account and the remaining payment is upon arrival. Cancellation of the reservation is possible, but we do not refund the deposit; instead, we deduct the deposit from the total price if you wish to vacation with us next year or the following year.

Cancellation policy

We refund the deposit if you cancel one month before arrival. If you cancel within one month of arrival, we do not refund it, but you can use it as a voucher for future years or whenever you want to come to us for a vacation :)
