Umag, apartments for 2-6 persons, just 200 m from the beach in the elite location of Punti. The house is located at the intersection of Ive Lole Ribara street 11 and 43. Istarska divizija. It is only 220 m from the Stella Maris ATP Croat Open tennis center, with free private parking (and parking zone of the City of Umag where a parking fee of 10 EUR applies upon arrival). Two private parks in greenery of approx. 1000 m2 with use of a grill. In the immediate vicinity are excellent restaurants, a Wellness Center, as well as numerous sports fields and tourist facilities.

Payment and notes
Reservation requires a payment of 20% of the total amount, and the remainder is paid upon arrival at the apartment. Children up to 5 years of age do not pay for an extra bed, and children aged 5-12 pay 50% of the price of an extra bed. Upon arrival, we sign a weekly apartment rental agreement. Check-in 14h., check-out 10h. Since the house is located on the Punta peninsula, it has natural coolness. Air conditioning is only paid for additionally if used. Per day 5 € for A2 and 10€ for A4+2 because there are two units. Apartments are rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
