Marija House, owned by the Babac family, is located in the small village of Brbinj on the island of Dugi Otok. With its four apartments, it is situated right at the top of Jaz Bay, just 15 m from the sea and 200 m from the beach. The house itself offers a natural setting for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Each apartment has a spacious terrace with sea views, perfect for enjoying a meal or a glass of wine in the evening. The apartments are approximately 50 m2 in size and each features two separate bedrooms and a dining area with a kitchen. There is ample parking space for private vehicles next to the house, and it is also possible to moor a small boat in the bay in front of the house. Several local restaurants are nearby. The village of Brbinj itself is connected to Zadar by a ferry line that operates several times a day.

Payment and notes
All listed prices include the costs of water, electricity, and gas, clean linens and towels, and final apartment cleaning. Reservations can be made with an advance payment of 20% of the total price, while the remaining 80% is paid upon entering the apartment. Any bank transaction fees, if applicable, are borne by the guest. The tourist tax and air conditioning usage are included in the price.
