About this stay
In our apartment house Marija, we rent out beautiful, fully equipped apartments, as well as two double rooms with private bathrooms—one with a balcony and the other without. A separate entrance for guests leads to a hallway on the first floor, from which you can access the aforementioned living units. The house is just 100 m away from the most beautiful beaches of Punt. You can reach the first store in less than 10 minutes, and with a pleasant walk along the sea, you’ll be in the center of Punt in 15 minutes. On the beaches, you’ll find a variety of cafes, two excellent restaurants, fast-food stands, a pastry shop, kiosks, and bakeries. As for sports facilities, you can try everything at the B water sports center.

Payment and notes
After you have booked our apartment, please confirm your arrival by paying a deposit of 50 Euros. Our guests leave the apartment at 10 o’clock. Check-in time for new guests is every day from 12 to 15 o’clock. If a guest has not arrived by then without having called beforehand to report a delay, the apartment will be rented to the first available guest. The guest pays the full accommodation amount, minus the deposit, after settling in and resting from their journey. Please leave your passports or ID cards with us immediately upon arrival, as we are required to register you within 24 hours. We hope you will feel comfortable in our Marija Apartment House, fall in love with the Puntar sunsets, and return to us again.
