The property consists of four 2-room apartments. All apartments have a terrace with a sea view. In front of the house, there is also a large private parking lot, and the distance to the beach is only 70 meters. The peace and quiet provided by the location as well as the position of the apartments and the proximity to the city of Zadar will provide you with a pleasant holiday.

Payment and notes
The reservation becomes valid with the payment of a deposit in the amount of 30% of the total cost for the summer holiday. The payment of the remaining amount follows on the day of arrival. Accommodation in the apartments is possible after 14 hours on the day the service begins (possible agreement with the owner), and they must be vacated by 10 hours on the day the service ends. Use of air conditioning is included in the price.
