On the first floor there is apartment 2(35 m2) with two balconies, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom/toilet, internet and air conditioning. On the ground floor there is apartment1(67 m2) with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom/toilet, a large terrace with a grill, and the apartment also has a washing machine, air conditioning and internet. Parking is located right next to the house and is free of charge. The tourist tax is included in the price. The property is located 5 minutes' walk from a shop and 10 minutes' walk from the sandy and pebbly Zdrače beach with a children's playground. The small town of Betina is characterized by the Mediterranean architecture of its old Betina core. The old stone streets with arches and vaults lead you to the top where the Church of St. Francis from the 15 century is located, which has been expanded several times. Due to its picturesque nature and well-preserved historical core, the town is protected as a cultural monument.

Payment and notes
Check-in time is from 14 hours, and check-out time is until 10 hours. Pet stays are charged at 5 eur per day. Accommodation reservations are made by paying a deposit of 30% of the total price, while the remaining 70% is charged at the beginning of the stay. Air conditioning, internet, and parking are included in the price.
Cancellation policy
In the event of a serious illness, upon presentation of medical proof, we will refund the deposit.
