Payment and notes
Apartment reservations are made by paying an advance of 30% of the total agreed price to the property owner's bank account. The remaining agreed part of 70% is paid in cash directly to the owner upon arrival at the apartment. Upon arrival, guests are obliged to present personal documents (ID card/passport) for inspection and registration at the tourist board. Guest check-in is after 14:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Upon departure, guests are obliged to leave the apartment in the same condition as upon arrival. The apartment and equipment must be cleaned. Otherwise, a cleaning fee will be charged. For reservations of less than 3 days, prices increase by 30%. Promotions: Stay 2 weeks = 5% Discount; Stay 3 weeks = 10% Discount
