Payment and notes
Down payment 150 €, deposit 100 €. The down payment must be paid within two days of reaching an agreement to the landlord's giro account. After payment, the down payment remains in the landlord's account. The deposit is due upon arrival. Settlement is carried out on the penultimate day of the stay. In case of early departure, the full reservation fee must be paid. Ideal arrival time (Saturday from 14, 00 h). Ideal departure time (Saturday until 10, 00).
