About this stay
Spacious and fully equipped apartments with sea views, located in the center of Gradac, right by the coast (sea). Parking is provided for guests. Payment and notes
At the time of booking confirmation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is paid. The remaining balance is due upon arrival or as agreed. Transaction fees for deposit refunds are borne by the party that canciles; the deposit will be refunded within 40 days. The price includes the use of air conditioning (no operating restrictions) and the tourist tax. Parking is free for guests. We can provide a voucher if needed. The house rules are displayed in the apartment. Particular emphasis is placed on arriving at the apartment by 14. 00 hours and, of course, checking out by 09. 00 hours. Guests should leave the apartment clean upon departure. We can wash guests' laundry if needed. All other house rules and information will be provided to guests upon arrival. Cancellation policy
1.The full deposit (advance payment) will be refunded to the guest if they cancel 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. (scheduled date) 2.Half of the deposit amount will be refunded if the guest cancels the reservation more than 15 days in advance. 3.Alternatively, the guest may choose to carry over their deposit to the following year. 4.If we rent out the property after the cancellation date, a refund of the deposit may be possible. 5.If we cancel the guest's booking, we will cover both the deposit refund and the transaction fees. 6.The guest will be responsible for the refund transaction fee if they cancel the reservation.
