Marea Apartments are located in the family home of Davor and Dina Franić. They are situated on the high ground floor, ground floor, and first floor of the house. On the ground floor and high ground floor, there are two separate apartments with individual entrances. Apartment Marea 2(2 2) accommodates four people (high ground floor), and Apartment Marea 3 (2 1) accommodates three people on the ground floor, with the option to rent the entire floor as a single apartment for 6 – 7 people. On the first floor of the house is Apartment Marea 1(2 2) 2 for 6 people. Apartment Marea 1 on the first floor and Apartment Marea 2 on the high ground floor have terraces with sea views, while Apartment Marea 3 on the ground floor has a terrace in front of the apartment entrance, shaded by olive trees and bougainvillea, with a view of the house’s garden. The apartments are 30 meters from the sea and 100 meters from shops, restaurants, and a traditional tavern. The apartments are fully equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, and washing machines. Each apartment has its own entrance. Guests have access to a barbecue in the house’s garden and a parking space. A pebbled beach with natural shade from tamarisk trees and a gentle entrance to the sea is located directly in front of the apartments.
