About this stay
Villa Malina is a new apartment house located in a quiet part of the settlement. It features three modernly equipped apartments of 50, 55, and 60 m2 with separate entrances and guaranteed parking spaces in the courtyard. Each apartment has a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a covered terrace. The living room contains a three-seater sofa bed that serves as an additional bed for two people. The kitchen is equipped with tableware, kitchen cloths, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, an electric stove, a toaster, and a dishwasher. Additional equipment includes internet connection, air conditioning in every room, a vacuum cleaner, a washing machine, a hairdryer, and mosquito nets on all windows. A free baby cot is available upon request. Guests have access to a shared terrace with a BBQ and an outdoor shower. For stays of 10 or more days, a 10% discount is available.

Payment and notes
A deposit is mandatory to confirm the reservation of the dates in the amount of 30% of the total price of the stay, paid via bank transfer. The remaining amount is paid 15 days before arrival at the apartment. Guest arrival is from 16:00, and departure is by 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be specially announced via email or message. There are no additional costs for the guest. We do not accept pets. Parties and events are not allowed.
Cancellation policy
We refund the deposit in case of cancellation at least 30 days before the first day of the booked reservation.
