A luxurious, modernly equipped apartment is located on the first floor of our house and has a total area of 70m2. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, a bathroom with a bathtub, and an additional toilet. The living room and bedroom face south and have a balcony with seating in front, allowing you to enjoy an unforgettable view of the Pakleni Islands and the sea. The apartment is intended for 2 adults, but also for families with two children. Our studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our house and is an ideal place for couples' holidays. The apartment has a total area of 20m2 and consists of one tastefully decorated room, and has a fully equipped, modern bathroom, a room with a French bed, and a functional kitchen (with a coffee machine, toaster, water heater, etc.). Both apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi internet connection. Both apartments have provided parking.

Final cleaning is charged in the amount of €25. To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total price must be paid. The ideal arrival time is after 14 hours and departures are until 10 hours.
