* Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate more than (max.) three people per accommodation unit. * Reservations and inquiries can be made by phone or email. * Fixed and guaranteed reservations are only possible by paying an advance payment amounting to 20% of the total amount within a maximum of 5 days. * Stays shorter than the minimum of 3 nights are possible by agreement with the owner. In this case, the price per night may differ from the stated rate. * In the event of a no-show, the paid advance unfortunately cannot be refunded, and both the reservation and the parking space will be canceled simultaneously. * Check-in time from 14:00 onwards (or by arrangement), check-out time at 10:00. * Luggage can be left in storage. Upon arrival, you must present travel documents for guest registration; the tourist tax is included in the accommodation price.
