The property is located on the first line to the sea, with direct access from the courtyard to the beach. The smaller apartment is equipped with 2 beds and a sofa bed. The large apartment is equipped with 2 separate beds, 1 double bed, and a sofa bed. Kitchens are equipped with glass-ceramic hobs and ovens, microwave, combined refrigerator, and a dishwasher (large apartment). Modernly equipped bathrooms feature shower cabins, toilet, washbasin, and a washing machine (large apartment). Each apartment includes dining tables with chairs. The terraces feature: a table with 3 chairs (small apartment) and a table with 6 chairs (large apartment). The apartments are also equipped with TV, WiFi internet, and air conditioning. Parking for multiple cars is provided. The courtyard is decorated with native plants, as well as olive, laurel, and the finest local fig trees.

Payment and notes
Reservations are made via e-mail at [email protected]. To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 150 EUR is required. Check-in to the apartment is after 14:00, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Arrivals are on Saturday or Sunday, and departures are on Saturday unless otherwise agreed. Payment can be made in cash or via bank transfer. The final cleaning fee for the 2+1 apartment is 60 EUR, and the final cleaning fee for the 4+1 apartment is 90 EUR.
