Newly built and modernly equipped apartments are located right next to the beach in the peaceful town of Ivan Dolac. Apartments Unit 1 and Unit 6 are designed for 4 people and consist of a bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200, a bathroom with a shower cabin, a kitchen and dining area, and a living room with SAT-TV and a pull-out sofa, as well as a terrace with a beautiful view of the beach, sea, and islands. Apartments P1 and P2 are designed for 8 people and consist of 3 bedrooms and a pull-out sofa in the living room, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining area, and a dining table on the large terrace in front with a sea view. Apartment P2 has a larger floor area than P1 because it has an entire bedroom and bathroom on the lower floor. The restaurant and cafes are only about 20 meters away, and the shop is about 100 meters from the apartments. Although the house is located in the very center of this small tourist town, it offers complete peace and privacy, as the guests are mostly families with young children who enjoy the beautiful beaches and crystal-clear sea.
