The apartment is 3km from Biograd and 300m from the center of Sv. Filip i Jakov. The beach is 150m from the property. The Plodine supermarket is also nearby. There is no noise from cars or other tourists in the vicinity. The apartments consist of two bedrooms. One is larger, with a double bed 2,0m x 1,6m, and the other has two single beds 2,0m x 0,9m. The bathroom is spacious, with a shower cabin and an external window. The kitchen has a 3,5m countertop with all necessary amenities. The living room features a three-seater sofa and a dining table for 6 people. It has SAT TV and air conditioning. All windows have mosquito nets. Parking is located right next to the building's entrance.

Payment and notes
To make a reservation, a deposit of 150 Euros must be paid into the apartment owner's account. Check-in time is at 14:00 and check-out time is at 9:00, but we are flexible regarding this. Guests pay a deposit of 50 Euros in case of damage, which will be returned to them at the end of their stay.
Cancellation policy
Cancelling the holiday one month prior to arrival results in a full refund of the deposit.
