About this stay
Fully equipped and modernly furnished Lukić apartments in a quiet area of Sveti Filip i Jakov, a tourist town located 20km south of Zadar. The house consists of 4 new, one-bedroom, spacious and newly equipped apartments. All apartments have private terraces, air conditioning, and access to an outdoor barbecue. The house is situated in a residential area, on a quiet street, which allows our guests to enjoy peace and tranquility. The apartments are 40 square meters in size and consist of a kitchen equipped with a cooking hob, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave oven, a toaster, and a kettle, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. The property is located 7 minutes' walk from the center and 10 minutes from the beach. We look forward to your arrival.
