Lucija Retreat is an enclosed family oasis in a quiet part of Bibinje – a house with two completely separate apartments, each measuring 90 m², featuring 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, 2 bathrooms, a dining area, and a large terrace. Guests of both apartments share a private pool (8x4 m) with sun loungers, a barbecue, ample parking, and a recreation room with table tennis and darts, while a trampoline awaits the youngest guests in the yard. The yard is enclosed by a fence 2 meters high, ensuring children can play safely without being seen by passersby, while parents relax by the pool. The beach is an 5-minute easy walk away, and within the same radius are the old village, the harbor, and several restaurants. A bakery, shops, and local producers of fruit, vegetables, and wine are located 2 minutes from the house. Zadar, with its Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun, is an 10-minute drive away, Zadar Airport is just 6 km away, and the national parks of Paklenica and Krka, as well as excursions to the Kornati Islands, are accessible within an hour – making it ideal for both pre- and off-season visits, when sightseeing is most enjoyable. The pool is operational from 15.05. to 15.10.. A deposit of 30% is required for booking upon sending the offer, which includes the account number and all necessary details.

Payment and notes
The reservation is confirmed upon payment of a deposit amounting to 30% of the total price, according to the sent offer that includes the account number and all payment details. The remaining amount is payable upon arrival. After receiving the deposit, we will send a reservation confirmation, which also serves as proof of payment. Check-in is from 16:00 hours, and check-out is until 10:00 hours. We personally welcome guests and hand over the keys, so please inform us of your approximate arrival time in advance so we can coordinate accordingly. The house is located in a quiet, residential part of Bibinje, ideal for relaxation, with the usual observance of house rules. A discount of 10% applies for 7+ nights in June and September.
Cancellation policy
The refund of the deposit is made according to the following conditions: in the case of cancellation more than 20 days before the scheduled arrival, the deposit is refunded in full. If the guest cancels the reservation within 20 days of arrival, the deposit is refunded in full only if we find a replacement reservation for the same period; if a replacement reservation is not found, the deposit is retained. These rules ensure a balance between flexibility for guests and protection for the host.
