Lucija apartments are located in a family holiday home in Sabunike, near Kraljičina Beach, on a quiet, sunny street (S-E direction) in a tourist settlement ideal for families with young children. The house is 300 m from the long sandy beach with shallow, warm sea and a long promenade, as well as a large children's playground, and 3 minutes from the center of the settlement, which has a shop and a small square. The settlement features a hotel, two restaurants, and two beachside cafes. We rent out modernly equipped apartments with a view of a garden full of Mediterranean plants. The apartments have a separate entrance, a large terrace, modern bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a large living room with a sofa. Air conditioning, satellite TV, internet, and the tourist tax are included in the price, as is secured parking in the garden. There is also the possibility of using a barbecue in the garden and an outdoor shower.

Payment and notes
Check-in to the apartment is after 14 h, and check-out is until 10 h. Final cleaning is provided. Clean bed linen, basic towels, and dishes are provided. The deposit to confirm the reservation is 30 % of the total price. If the reservation is canceled 60 days before the arrival date, we will refund the deposit in full.
