About this stay

We are the Vlakančić family and in the newly built part of Mali Lošinj we rent out 3 apartments, 300 m from a sea cove with a small harbor and nearby beaches. The newly built, spacious and airy apartments are fully equipped. They are surrounded by a large garden and an area with parking spaces for several vehicles. All apartments have a terrace or balcony. In the garden there is a stone open-air barbecue. For those seeking something more, a particularly natural environment and a break from stress, we rent out the entire house, Casa Aromatica Maria, also in Mali Lošinj, in an 7000 m2 olive grove oasis, 10-15 minutes' walk from the beaches, shops and restaurants. Casa Aromatica Maria was once inhabited and used as accommodation during olive harvesting and other seasonal agricultural work. Today it has been completely renovated, but the original Mediterranean rural ambiance has been preserved, both inside and out. Outside there is a large stone terrace with an open fireplace, a large solid dining table and loungers for relaxation. Parking is available very close to the house.

Payment and notes

Arrival at the house: after 14:00 hours. Departure from the house: by 10:00 in the morning. Stay at the house – minimum 7 days. A deposit is required upon booking, which serves as a guarantee and is non-refundable in case of cancellation. In the event of a shorter stay than booked, we reserve the right to charge for the reserved period. We require 20% of the total amount for the deposit. Payment is in EUR. Credit cards are not accepted. VAT is included in the price. Prices are per day. The remaining balance of the total amount is due on the day of your arrival. Pet fee – 10 – EUR per day. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly. Water, electricity, and gas are included in the price. Toilet paper (available upon arrival).
