Depending on the length and amount of the reservation, the deposit amount is determined, which the guest is obliged to pay upon booking the accommodation unit. Arrival at the apartment is possible after 15. 00h, departure is mandatory by 09. 00h. The stay fee is not included in the price, amounts: adults 1.50 EUR / PERSON / DAY, children 12-18 / 0,75 EUR / PERSON / DAY. Use of air conditioning is not included in the apartment price, amounts: 5€ per day.
Cancellation policy
100 % refund of the deposit when cancelling 60 or more days in advance. 50% refund of the deposit when cancelling 30-60 days in advance. 0% refund of the deposit when cancelling within 30 days.
