Located 5 minutes' walk from the very heart of the city and 5 minutes from the nearest beach in the Osejava forest park. A family tradition of apartment rentals since 1968. The apartments are comfortable and spacious, modernly and stylishly equipped. They offer views of the sea, islands, and Mount Biokovo. Each apartment has a large terrace of 20 m2, with a dining table and an electric grill. Parking spaces for guests are provided in the courtyard of the house. Ideal and suitable for families with young children, as we are located in a quiet part of the city surrounded by greenery. Nearby, you will find a doctor, pharmacy, supermarket, and market.

Payment and notes
For reservations, a deposit of 30% must be paid to the bank account upon agreement. Prices are based on a stay of 7 days. For shorter stays, the price is increased by 10-20%. For stays longer than 10 nights, an additional discount is granted. In case of cancellation, the host will not refund the paid deposit if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the arrival date. Check-in time is from 14:00, and check-out time is until 09:00. If you are not arriving by your own transport, we can arrange transportation from the airport, train station, or bus station (for an extra fee). All apartments are cleaned before your arrival. Please keep the apartment clean during your stay and adhere to the house rules.
Cancellation policy
In the event of a reservation cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date, the host will not refund the paid deposit.
