Payment and notes
After agreeing on a date, we will keep the pre-booking active until 3 days. During this period, you must pay a deposit amounting to 30 % of the total accommodation cost to the provided IBAN account. Once the payment is received, the reservation will be considered confirmed and permanently accepted. Check-in time is after 14:00 hours, and check-out time is until 10:00 hours in the morning. Earlier check-in or later check-out can be arranged on the day of arrival or the day before, and depend exclusively on the availability of the apartment before and after the agreed-upon time. In the case of earlier check-in or later check-out, we can offer guests space to leave their vehicle and luggage, the possibility to change clothes, take a shower, or enjoy a short break with a drink while the apartment is being prepared for arrival. The hosts are available to arrange and adjust within the limits of availability and occupancy.
Cancellation policy
In the event of a reservation cancellation more than 60 days prior to the planned arrival date, guests will receive a refund of 50 % of the paid deposit. The refund will be issued to the same account from which the payment was received, within a reasonable period after receiving the written cancellation notice. In the case of cancellation within 60 days of arrival, the deposit is generally non-refundable, given the short time available to rebook the date. Exceptionally, if the date is fully rebooked, a partial or full refund of the deposit may be possible, depending on the circumstances and agreement. All changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or another agreed-upon communication channel.
