Payment and notes
The accommodation price includes stay in the apartment as previously agreed, as well as use of all facilities designed for a pleasant and carefree stay. Guests have access to free private parking on-site, free Wi-Fi internet, and use of the air conditioning unit in the apartment. The apartments are fully equipped and contain everything needed for daily living: kitchen supplies, cutlery, dishes, towels, and bed linen. Bed linen is changed once a week, and the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for guests on the day of their arrival. Payment: To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30 % of the total accommodation price must be paid, while the remaining amount is paid upon arrival. It is also possible to pay the full amount in advance. Check-in and check-out: Check-in is possible from 15:00 hours, and check-out is until 10:00 hours on the day of departure. Apartment capacity: The maximum number of people per apartment is 4, making it an ideal choice for families or smaller groups.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation of the reservation is possible up to 60 days before the start of the apartment's use. In the event of cancellation within 60 days before arrival, the paid amount will not be refunded.
